1. Nature of the Product

Our product is a digital course focused on Balkan cuisine. Along with this digital product, physical items (such as an apron) are also included in certain packages. The product is sold through Jovan Djonić LLC.

2. Product Price

We offer three pricing options for our product:

  • €49 – Digital Product: Includes access to the digital course only.
  • €59 – Complete Product (Serbia): Includes access to the digital course and physical items, with free shipping within Serbia.
  • €89 – Complete Product (Worldwide): Includes access to the digital course and physical items, with free worldwide shipping.

Prices are displayed in euros (€) on the website; however, at checkout, the payment will be processed in Serbian dinars (RSD). The final amount in RSD may vary slightly due to exchange rate adjustments and rounding differences to ensure even pricing.

3.Information We Collect

For the purchasing process, we collect the following information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Shipping address (for physical product delivery)

Note: We do not collect any credit card information, as all payment details are processed via Stripe, our trusted payment partner.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, using credit or debit cards. We do not accept any other forms of payment.

5.Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds after purchase, except in cases where the product has not been delivered or does not match what was promised.

6. Chargeback Situations

In the event of any chargeback (payment reversal), we reserve the right to initiate a resolution process with Stripe. We will notify you if a chargeback occurs. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is correct and accurate.

7. Course Access

Once the payment is successfully processed through Stripe, the customer gains immediate access to the course. The course access is non-expiring, allowing unlimited use. Additionally, it is strictly prohibited to share the course content with third parties or on social networks.

8. Non-Compliance with Terms

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase if the transaction is not properly completed (e.g., due to incorrect payment details), in which case the transaction will not be finalized, and the purchase will not be completed.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services after the modifications, you agree to the updated Terms.
